PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk - HIL or Holcim Indonesia is one of the largest cement manufacturers in Indonesia. At present, Holcim Indonesia has installed total production capacity of 11 million tons cement per year. Holcim Indonesia now has 3 cement manufacturing plants at Narogong West Java, Cilacap Central Java, and newly operated Tuban East Java. The Company also supported by 1 grinding facility in Ciwandan Banten and 1 subsidiary company, namely PT Holcim Beton. The Company was incorporated in 1967 under the name of PT Semen Cibinong. In 2006, the company changed its name to Holcim Indonesia. The Swiss-based Holcim Ltd (Holcim Group) is the majority shareholder in PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk with a 80.65 percent stake, while the rest was owned by public.
In term of financial performance, the Company had showed significant operational results in 2014 through increasing total revenues. According to PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company reported total revenues of Rp 10,528 billion for the year ending December of 2014. This represents an increase of 8.9 percent versus 2013, when the company's total revenues were Rp 9,686 billion. At the same time, total assets reached Rp 17,195 billion or increased by 15.44 percent from Rp 14,894 billion in the previous year.

Key Account Consultant
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) required with a concentration in Engineering or Sales/Marketing.
- Required experience for minimum 1 year in current position and 2 years in sales of construction material or construction industry.
- Proficient in using and utilizing Windows System, software application such Word Processor (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel).
- Have good sense of business.
- Able to present and sell a solution.
- Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification.
- Able to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business.
- Technical knowledge of road and infrastructure standar, especially in government project.
- Have commercial knowledge about construction bidding process.
- Work location : Jakarta.
