Requirements
  • Not more than 28 years old.
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a staff in the field of CSR or hands-on experience at NGOs in the field of public service.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Open Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent skills in administration, communication and negotiation.
  • Oriented to the achievement of optimal results and on target.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Detail oriented, thorough, critical and responsive.
Management Information System (MIS) Staff

Requirements
  • Not more than 25 years old.
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT, Statistics, Computer Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of computer programming language (web base).
  • Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Visual basic (preferred).
Recruitment Officer

Requirements
  • Not more than 28 years old.
  • Candidate holds at least a Master Degree (S2) in Psychology Profession.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of industrial and organization.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Initiative and strong communication skill.
Organizational Development Senior Officer

Requirements
  • Age around 30-35 years old
  • Candidate holds at least a Master Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
  • Able to design organizational development strategy, develop a performance management system that is in line with the corporate strategy.
  • Strong competence in making job analysis and job evaluation.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Good team work and able to work under pressure.
