Saka Indonesia-Pangkah Limited - SIPL or referred to as "PGN SAKA" is a reputable company in Indonesia that is involved in upstream oil and gas business. PGN SAKA running business in the field of upstream oil and gas and having offshore production facilities in Ujung Pangkah Block and Onshore Processing Facilities (crude oil, LPG and gas facilities) in Gresik, both in East Java province. Saka Indonesia-Pangkah Limited is an affiliate company of state-run gas distribution company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN Group). At present, PGN SAKA is owned and managed by PT Saka Energi Indonesia (PT SEI), a directly-owned subsidiary company of PGN Group. PGN SAKA maintains a 100% shares ownership in working interest in Ujung Pangkah Block and its production sharing contracts (PSC) with SKK Migas will expiry in next 2026. According to PGN Group Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PGN SAKA reported total revenue in the Ujung Pangkah Block of USD 269.05 million at the end of 2014. Total oil and gas production in the Ujung Pangkah Block of 2,094,118 barrels of oil and 14,636,029 MSCF of gas as at the end of 2014.

Team Lead Drilling Engineering
Requirements
- An engineering degree
- Required experience for 15+ years in well design and drilling operation, offshore and onshore. Rig site experience.
- Operating knowledge of Drilling and Completion engineering software (Casing Design, Cementing Design, Mud design, Torque and Drag simulation).
- Have valid IWCF Well Control certificate as supervisory level.
- Good in English both oral and written.
- Previous exposure in a multi-cultural environment.
- International experience.
- Deep water experience.
