Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta - UNS or Sebelas Maret University (more popularly called UNS Solo) is a reputable state university in Indonesia and located in Surakarta the Province of Central Java. According to UNS's profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, UNS was formed by the Government of Indonesia in 11 March 1976 as a merger results of 5 colleges in Surakarta; namely Universitas Gabungan Surakarta (UGS), State Institute of Teacher Training and Educational, High School Sports, State Academy of Business Administration, the Faculty of Medicine PTPN Veteran Surakarta branch. At present, UNS has 10 faculties, namely The Faculty of Education, The Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and the Faculty of Art and Design.

General Requirements
- Indonesian Citizens (WNI);
- Devoted to God Almighty;
- Never dishonorably discharged as a civil servants or private employees;
- Not located as a candidate civil servant / civil servants (CPNS/PNS);
- Not being administrators / members of Political Parties;
- Never been sentenced to prison by a court decision that has had permanent legal force;
- Have the necessary competence in the field of education and have the required educational qualifications as evidenced by attaching supporting documents;
- Maximum age of 50 years old for Formasi Dosen and 40 years old for Formasi Tenaga Kependidikan as of 1 January 2016 (except nursing and midwifery profession personnel with expertise / special experience as evidenced by a work experience);
- Well-behaved;
- Physically and mentally healthy;
- Not being tied to a contract with the agency / institutions;
- Not demanding to be appointed as a a candidate civil servant / civil servants (CPNS/PNS).
- Handwritten Cover Letters with latin letters in black ink (not bollpoint), signed by the applicant and stating the applied application title and name / code of educational, addressed to Rektor Universitas Sebelas Maret, without the seal;
- Color photograph 3x4 (3 sheets, please write your name in the back side);
- Copy of valid National ID Card;
- Biodata (Download Format Biodata Dosen and Format Biodata Tenaga Kependidikan);
- Legalized copy of diploma;
- For overseas graduates must attach a Decree equivalency determination and assessment of foreign graduate diploma from the Directorate General of Higher Education Kemendikbud / Kemenristek;
- Statement letter (download Format Surat Pernyataan);
Note : All document files must be organized in the red folder for Formasi Dosen and yellow for Formasi Tenaga Kependidikan. Please write your Name, Applied Position/Code/Education, email address, dan cellular number on the front page of your folder and then put the folder in the brown envelope. Please write Name, Applied Position/Code/Education at the back side of the envelope.
