Unit Pelayanan Ambulans Gawat Darurat Dinas Kesehatan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta - AGD Dinkes DKI Jakarta or later known as AGD DINKES is an emergency ambulance services unit of DKI Jakarta. AGD Dinkes DKI is a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) under the Health Office of the DKI Jakarta provincial government. According to AGD DINKES's profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Governor Decree 144 of 2010 establishes AGD Dinkes DKI Jakarta as a Public Service Board. The Services of AGD DINKES oriented to service pre-hospital, medical evacuation from the scene (traffic accidents, fires, disasters and events other exceptional) to hospitals and from hospital to hospital and treating patients with a poor family (Gakin) and SKTM. AGD DINKES is registered at Jl Sunter Permai Raya Kav 1 Sunter Podomoro Jakarta Utara. At present, AGD DINKES operates 43 ambulances, comprising 25 basic ambulances, 1 perinatology ambulance, 17 advance ambulances.

Requirements
- Indonesian citizens (WNI), devoted to God Almighty, faithful and obedient to the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the Republic of Indonesia.
- Well-behaved and never sentenced to imprisonment or confinement under a court decision which is legally enforceable.
- Minimum education of D3 majoring in Nursing with minimum GPA of 3.00 (PTS) and 2.80 (PTN).
- Minimum accredited B (Academic Accreditation, College or University).
- Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 160 cm (Female).
- Possess certification in Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (valid).
- Registration Certificate (STR) and NIRA.

Requirements
- Indonesian citizens (WNI), devoted to God Almighty, faithful and obedient to the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the Republic of Indonesia.

- Minimum education of S1 majoring in Medicine with minimum GPA of 3.00 (PTS) and 2.80 (PTN).
- Minimum accredited B (Academic Accreditation, College or University).
- Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 160 cm (Female).
- Possess certification Advance Cardiac Life Support and Advance Trauma Life Support (valid).
- Registration Certificate (STR).

General Requirements
- Male/Female (prefereably Male) with the maximum age of 30 years old per 31 December 2015.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a health facility is preferred.
- SKCK from the local Police Office.
- Medical Certificate from the Hospital / Health Center (PUSKESMAS).
- Drug-Free Certificate from the Hospital / Health Center (PUSKESMAS).
- Not Color Blind Certificate from the Hospital / Health Center (PUSKESMAS).
- Not being tied to an agreement / contract with other agencies.
- Have no family relationship with the employees of BLUD AGD DINKES.
- Have valid email address.
- Passport photographs size 4 x 6 (4 sheets with a red background).
- Not pierced and tattooed.
- Able to drive a car and have a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Fluent in English (preferred).
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point (preferred).
