PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk - PT Bank BJB Tbk (IDX:BJBR) or referred to as "Bank BJB" is among the largest Indonesian regional developments banks. Bank BJB has shown encouraging achievements in the period of first nine month of 2015 (9M'15, ended in 30 September 2015). According to Bank BJB's Analyst Meeting Q3 2015 Presentation as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BJB managed to record total net income of Rp 864 billion in the end of 9M'15. These total net income figures reflected an 20.6% increase from Rp 716 billion in the same period previous year (9M'14). Total interest income in 9M'15 rose by 11.9% to Rp 7,319 billion compared to Rp 6,539 billion in 9M'14.

Requirements
- Male/Female.
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), graduated from a leading university with an educational background of all disciplines, except: Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism.
- Strong academic results: GPA min. 3.00 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.25 (for master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Attractive appearance to the height and weight proportional: minimum height of 170 cm for Male and 165 cm for Female.
- Have no family relationship with Bank BJB's employee up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / child / brother / sister).
- Single/not married and remain unmarried during education period.
- Willing to be assigned in all working areas of Bank BJB.
- Willing to undergo Association Office.
- Have strong analytical skill.
- Have a good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Active in English language, both oral and written.
- Computer literate, at least familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Physically and mentally healthy: not color blind (partial or total), free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
- Have integrity, discipline, and commitment.
