PT Bank Bukopin Tbk - Bukopin is a well established private bank in Indonesia which commenced operations in 1970. The Bank has business focus on micro banking (UMKMK) segment. On 10 July 2006, Bank Bukopin reached one significant milestone by listing the Company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Its shares are traded under stock code BBKP. At present, the shareholders compositions of Bank Bukopin are PT Bosowa Corporindo (30%), Kopelindo (18.09%), the Government of Republic of Indonesia (11.43%) and Public (40.48%). Headquartered in Jakarta,  Bank Bukopin now has 41 branch offices, 121 sub-branch offices, 148 cash offices, 90 Micro-Service Offices, 37 payment points, and 8 pick up services throughout Indonesia. The Bank also supported by 4 subsidiaries/affiliated companies, namely PT Bank Bukopin Syariah (86.82% owned by Bank Bukopin), PT Bukopin Finance (88.25%), PT Ismawa Trimitra (50%), and PT BPR Dhaha Ekonomi (16.02%).

Despite of the economy slow down, Bank Bukopin recorded a satisfiying financial result in the third quarter of 2015 (3Q 2015, ended in 30 September 2015). According to Bank Bukopin’s Corporate Presentation 3Q 2015, the Bank booked total assets of Rp 89.5 trillion in 3Q 2015, up 14.84% from Rp 77.9 trillion in the same period previous year (3Q 2014). Bank Bukopin's operating earning after tax grew from Rp 676.6 billion in 3Q 2014 to Rp 798.3 billion in 3Q 2015, an increase of 17.98%.

Requirements

• Male/Female.Background in Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) within 4.00 scales.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Willing to be assigned in all branch offices of Bank Bukopin throughout Indonesia.
