PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) - PTBA or referred to as "Brantas Abipraya" is an established and experienced Government-owned corporation in Indonesia that deals with engineering and general construction services. The Company has strong business focus on construction projects related to water infrastucture, including dams and weir, tunnel work, road and bridges, irrigations and river improvement, dredging and reclamation, and manufacturing landscape. The Company was formed on 12 November 1980 as a expansion result of Project Brantas, the development project of Brantas river basin. PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) is a non listed state-owned company, where the Company’s shares is fully owned by the Indonesian Government. The Company is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl DI Panjaitan Kav 14 Cawang, Jakarta 13340. In term of office networks, Brantas Abipraya now has 4 division offices and 5 regional offices across the Country.
During 2013, Brantas Abipraya has recorded a significant growth and satisfactory performace. According to Brantas Abipraya’s Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Brantas Abipraya registered a 56% growth in total business revenue of Rp1,441.25 billion as compared with Rp923.41 billion in 2012. Brantas Abipraya's net profit in 2013 jumped 43% to Rp72.79 billion, higher than the net profit recorded in 2012 of Rp50.84 billion.

Requirements:
- Male or Female, not over 40 years of age.
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience as marketing officer at civil construction industry.
- Attractive appearance, self confidence, and self motivated type of person.
- Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills in English language.
- Willing to work with sales targets.
- Able to work under-pressure.
Requirements
- Male, not over 50 years of age.
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering (preferably Master Degree/S2).
- At least 5 years of experience in civil contracting company as a Project Manager in medium and large scale projects.
- Previous experience in high rise building projects throughout Indonesia will be highly prioritized.
- Strong understanding about the business processes, systems and work methods at construction field.
- Strong understanding about the Quality Management System ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Strong understanding about the Management System Health and Safety (SMK3).
- Willing to be placed troughout Indonesia.
- Active in English bot oral and written.
