- Minimum education background of Bachelors Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering/Geodesy or ANT-I.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Operation Manager/Project Manager on dredging/reclamation.
- Competent on planning, executing, and controlling of dredging/ reclamation project
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
Fleet Manager

- Minimum education background of Bachelors Degree (S1) in Marine Engineering or ANT-1/ATT-1.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Fleet Manager on managing the dredger.
- Competent on planning and maintenance/refurbishment of the dredger and dredger performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
Fleet Superintendent

- Minimum education background of Bachelors Degree (S1) in Marine Engineering or ATT-II.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Superintendent (includes as Chief Engineer).
- Experience in dredger is beneficially.
- Competent on planning and controlling and warrant the implementation of Plan Maintenance System (PMS).
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
