PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or referred to as "PLN" is the Indonesia’s national electricity power corporation wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government. PLN was formed by the Government of Indonesia to fulfilling the demand of electricity for all segments of society in all over Indonesia and has a monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. As of December 2014, PLN reported total electricity power production of 228.55 TWh.  In term of financial positions, PLN successfully recorded its total net sales of Rp 198.60 trillion in 2014, an increase of 5.89% year on year (yoy) from Rp 187.54 trillion in2013. Total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 11.7 trillion, compared with loss of Rp 26.2 trillion in 2013.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) with major study in
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, and Electricity Power System (Code : S1/ELE);
2. Electronics, Instrumentation, and Control (not Telecommunication) (Code : S1/ALE);
3. Mechanical Engineering (Code : S1/MES)
4. Civil Engineering (Code : S1/SIP).
5. Industrial Engineering (Code : S1/IND);
6. Management (Code : S1/MAN);
7. Accounting (Code : S1/AKT);
8. Law (Code : S1/HKM).
• Diploma Degree (D3) with major study in
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, and Electricity Power System (Code : D.III/ELE);
2. Electronics, Instrumentation, and Control (not Telecommunication) (Code : D.III/ALE);
3. Mechanical Engineering (Code : D.III/MES);
4. Accounting (Code : D.III/AKT);
5. Marketing Management, Commerce Administration, Business Administration and Office Administration (Code : D.III/ADM).

General Requirements

• Single/not married and Willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
• Preferably Male.
• Age limit
• S1/D4 : Birth in 1990 and thereafter.
• D3 : Birth in 1992 and thereafter.
• Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) :
• GPA ≥ 3.00 : S1/IND, S1/MAN, S1/AKT, S1/HKM, D.III/AKT, D.III/MAN.
  
• GPA ≥ 2.75 : S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/MES, S1/SIP, D.III/ELE, D.III/ALE, D.III/MES.

1. Application letter and addressed to PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta);
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Copy of Birth Certificate/Akte Kelahiran ;
4. A certified copy of academic diploma or temporary degree verification statements (SKL);
5. A certified copy of academic transcript;
6. Copy of valid national ID Card (KTP);
7. Not married certificate from local village office.
8. Passport photo size 3x4 cm (2 sheets, please write your name in the back side of photographs).
9. For cross channel applicants (D3 graduates which continue to D4 / S1), must attach additional documents :
• A certified copy of academic diploma (D3).
• A certified copy of academic transcript (D3).
