PT RS Primastya Husada Citra - RS PHC or referred to as "Rumah Sakit PHC Surabaya" is an Indonesian company that is involved in health care industry. The Company operates general hospital class B in Surabaya, East Java. Its general hospital is registered at Jl Prapat Kurung Selatan No 1 Tanjung Perak Surabaya. PT RS Primastya Husada Citra is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) or Pelindo 3. According Pelindo 3's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Pelindo 3 is the majority shareholder at PT RS Primastya Husada Citra, with 98.73% of ownership. Other 1.27% was owned by Koperasi Pegawai Pelindo 3 (KOPELINDO III).

Requirements
- Male / Female, with the maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum D3 in Information Systems / Information Management.
- Mastering and proficient in Visual Basic.Net.
- Good understanding about the concept of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Mastering Microsoft SQL Server database (T-SQL, Stored Procedure).
- Technical expertise in web programming is a plus.
Requirements
- Male / Female, with the maximum age of 29 years old.
- Minimum D3 in Information Systems / Information Management.
- Mastering troubleshooting hardware and computer networks.
- Have a good knowledge of network settings (routing, firewall) in an added value.
- Able to install a computer or server.
