PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya - UTR is an Indonesian company that is involved in remanufacturing of heavy equipment. Its business include engines and components reconditioning services. The Company is a member of PT Astra International Tbk in Heavy Equipment, Mining and Energy (AHEME). At present, UTS is 100% owned by PT United Tractors Tbk, a subsidiary company of PT Astra International Tbk. Originally established in 2006 as UT Reman, a Service Division of PT United Tractors Tbk. PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya was established as a separate legal entity in 2011. UTR is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Raya Bekasi KM 22, Cakung Jakarta 13910. At present, UTR has 5 plants which located at Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Sangatta, Balikpapan, and Timika. According to United Tractors's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, UTR’s 2014 performance resulted in quality asset growth. As of the end of 2014, UTR’s assets amounted to Rp 374.03 billion, up 16.58% from Rp 320.80 billion at the end of 2014.

- English proficiency.
- Graduate from a reputable university with accreditation A and a minimum GPA of 2.90.
