PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk - CIMB Niaga or later known as "Bank CIMB Niaga" is an Indonesian privately-owned bank with ith its 60 years successful operation in Indonesia. Bank CIMB Niaga was first established in 1955 and initially established under the name Bank Niaga. The Name of Bank CIMB Niaga was launched in 2008 as a merger results between Bank Niaga with LippoBank. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk is a local subsidiary company of Malaysia-based investment bank CIMB Group Holdings Berhad (CIMB Group). At present, CIMB Group holds 97.9% shares in Bank CIMB Niaga. The Bank has its legal domicile in Jakarta and now has 919 office networks across the country.
In term of financial position, Bank CIMB Niaga is running well in the first half of 2015 (1H 2015, ended in 30 June 2015). According to Bank CIMB Niaga's Analyst Presentation 1H-2015 Results (Unaudited) as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank CIMB Niaga managed to record total assets of Rp 245.24 trillion in 1H 2015 or equal to an increase of around 9.1% compared to the same period at previous year of Rp 224.84 trillion (1H 2014) Total customer deposit reached Rp 185.99 trillion in the end of 1H 2015. This reflected an 12.2% increased year-on-year (YOY) from Rp 165.83 trillion at the end of 1H 2014.
