PT Bank Mega Tbk - Bank Mega is a rapid growing commercial bank in Indonesia. Bank Mega was formed in 1969 initially established under the name Bank Karman, a small size bank based in Surabaya - East Java. Later in 1992, Bank Karman renamed into Mega Bank and relocated its head office to Jakarta. In 2000, the Bank conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and renamed into PT Bank Mega Tbk. The Bank's shares were listed under ticker code MEGA. The Bank is a member of CT Corpora, a reputable business conglomerates in Indonesia owned by local tycoon Chairul Tanjung. As of December 2014, 57.82% of its shares are held by CT Corpora through PT Mega Corpora. Other 42.18% remaining shares in Bank Mega was owned by public shareholders. As of December 2014, Bank Mega operates 81 branches and 263 sub-branches spread in all over Indonesia.
In term of financial performance, Bank Mega is running well in the first nine months period of 2015 (9M15, ended in 30 September 2015). According to Bank Mega's Quarterly Financial Statements 3 - 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank Mega registered total net operating income of Rp 870.02 billion as at the end of 30 September 2015. This amount is an increase of 33.84% over the same period in 2014 amounted to Rp 650.03 billion.

Requirements
Single with the maximum age of 28 years old.
Graduated from S1 or S2 in any field, preferably from a reputable university with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Proactive, open minded.
Possess strong drive for success.
