- Indonesian Citizen (WNI) Not older than 25 years of age in the time of filing the application letter.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) with the minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) within 4.00 scales, majoring in the following discipline
- PMO-CTS : Plant Protection, Agro Eco Technology, Public Health, Environmental Health.
- WMO-CTS : Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Economics, Chemical Engineering.
- AGRI-CTS : Agricultural Sciences and Food, Veterinary, Industrial Engineering.
- INKO-CTS : Chemical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Textile Technology.
- Single/not married.
- Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
- Good leadership skill and able to work in a team.
- Good selling services skill and able to conduct sales presentations.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Willing to be assigned in all working units of SUCOFINDO with the placement areas
- PMO-CTS : Padang.
- WMO-CTS : Jakarta.
- AGRI-CTS : Medan, Dumai, Padang, Jambi, Palembang, Bandar Lampung, Cilegon, Jakarta, Batulicin, Pontianak and Tarakan.
- INKO-CTS : Medan, Bandar Lampung, Cilegon, Jakarta and Bandung.
- Never dishonorably discharged as an employee of a government or private agency.
- Have no family relationship with the employees of SUCOFINDO (husband and wife; younger brother sister / step / adopted; parent - child birth / step / adopted).

- Passport photo size 6 x 8 and full-body photo size post card;
- Copy of Birth Certificate;
- Police Notes (SKCK);
- Certificate of health from doctors;
- Copy of valid ID Card;
