PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is an Indonesian mobile phone operator and is a member of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom Group). Telkomsel is recognized as the largest mobile phone operator Indonesia as its controls about 50% of the Indonesian cellular market. As at the end of December 2014, Telkomsel maintains 140 million active cellular customers, both pre paid and post paid customers. At present, Telkomsel is 65% owned by Telkom Group, the Country's strongest telecommunication services company which is majority owned by The Government of Indonesia. Other 35% remaining shares in Telkomsel was owned by Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd, a unit of Singapore’s SingTel Group.
In term of financial position, Telkomsel registered a positive financial result in the business year of 2014. According to Telkomsel's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Telekomunikasi Selular reported total revenue of Rp 66.25 trillion in 2014, grew by 10.36% from Rp 60.03 trillion in the same period at previous year. Total net income went up by 11.85% from Rp 17.34 trillion 2013 to Rp 19.40 trillion in 2014.

Requirements
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in the following discipline :
- Industrial Engineering, Informatics / Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, and Law.
- Maximum age is 26 years old.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
- Min. TOEFL score 500 or TOEIC score 650
- Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a good negotiation skill.
