Universitas Terbuka - UT or later known as Indonesia Open University is one of the most reliable and leading Government-owned university in Indonesia which applied a distance and open learning systems. As Government-owned university, Indonesia Open University is wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government through the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. UT was established in 1984 and became the 45th state university in Indonesia.
