Perusahaan Umum Lembaga Kantor Berita Nasional Antara - Perum LKBN Antara or known as ANTARA News Agency (ANTARA) is the national news agency of Indonesia, based in Jakarta. ANTARA is an Indonesian state-owned company that is involved in media and journalism industry. The Company operates primarily as a suppliers of news and photo reports to the many media companies in both Indonesia and abroad. Perum LKBN ANTARA also offers other supporting products and services such as data services and money and stock market information (Indonesia Market Quote / IMQ), the dissemination of the press release (PRWire) and journalism education (Lembaga Pendidikan Jurnalistik ANTARA). ANTARA was formed in 1937 and initially registered as Naamloze Vennootschap (NV) Kantor Berita Antara. Later in 1962, NV Kantor Berita Antara became official National News Agency under the Presidential decree no 307 of 1962. The name of Perusahaan Umum Lembaga Kantor Berita Nasional Antara offficially established in 2007. The Company now has 23 domestic networks and 6 overseas bureaus. Its oversease bureaus located at Kuala Lumpur, Canberra, Beijing, Tokyo, London, and New York. ANTARA also supported by 2 subsidiaries; PT Antar Kencana Utama Estate Ltd and PT IMQ Multimedia Utama.

Support Engineer (Technical Support)
Requirements
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Minimum D3/S1 with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Computer Engineering and Informatics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Helpdesk Technical Support is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Good understanding of ISO 9000:2008 system.
- Able to work hard, honest and conscientious.
- Eager to learn, fast learner and adaptable.
- Have HCP/MCDST is preferred.
- Mastering Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Mastering Desktoping application (Ms Office, Open Office).
- Mastering aspects of PC and data security.
- Familiar with Linux Operating System and its troubleshooting.
- Mastering IT infrastructure of user computer equipment LAN / WAN and internet.
- Have a systematic troubleshooting skills in handling system, PC, printer, network and microsoft based softwares.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Computer Engineering and Informatics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Network Engineer is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and well-behaved.
- Fluent in English.
- Good understanding of ISO 9000:2008 system.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in halding network using CISCO and MIKROTIK or have attended training in related field.
- Possess CCNA certification is preferred.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol system.
- Mastering the concepts of routing implementation, both LAN and WAN.
- Mastering and able to implement MIKROTIK and CISCO.
- Good understanding of network security aspects.
- Mastering UNIX operating system.
- Mastering wireless networking.
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot the network.
- Mastering UNIX security system and its troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Virtual Machine (VMware) concepts.
- Good understanding of Web Server, Proxy Server, Radius System.
- Good understanding of Domain Name Service concepts.
- Good understanding of mail server concepts (MUA, MTA, SMTO).
