ASKRINDO’s performance in 2014 improved over the previous year. According to ASKRINDO's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, ASKRINDO keeps on growing as total gross premium rise 42.08 percent. ASKRINDO booked total gross premium of Rp2,224.42 billion in 2014 as compared with Rp 1,565.59 billion in 2013. ASKRINDO's total reinsurance premium experienced growth of 441.65 percent to Rp 302.51 billion in 2014 from Rp 55.85 billion in previous year.

Requirements
- Education background any major from well qualified university (PTN/PTS) with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales, preferably majoring in the following discipline :
- Economics, Accounting, Management, Insurance Management, Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics
- Maximum age 35 years for applicants certified AAIK / AAAIK or actuary and maximum age of 26 years for applicants without certificate.
- Language Proficiency in English; fluent in speaking and writing.
- Willing to be assigned in all working area of ASKRINDO.
