This reflected an increase of 16.6% compared to Rp 10,405 billion in Q3 2014 (YOY).

Officer Development Program (ODP)

ODP is a development program at Bank Mandiri which prepares leadership positions across many levels in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. ODP starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Requirements
  • Background Graduates (S1) and Postgraduates (S2) in relevant fields of studies from a reputable university (Local/International).
  • Strong academic results with Grade Point Average (GPA) :
    • Graduate (S1): a minimum of 3.00 or equivalent
    • Postgraduate (S2): a minimum of 3.20 or equivalent
  • Single/unmarried with the maximum age for selection:
    • 25 years old for Graduates (S1).
    • 28 years old for Postgraduates (S2).
  • Excellent English communication both speaking and writing.
  • Willing to be relocated.
