Requirements
- Background in Master Degree (S2) in Psychology with professional certification (S.Psi.Psi / M.Psi).
- Possess certification in Certified Assessor Assessment Center
- Minimum 1 year of experience in following fields.
- Developing the design, methods, and tools assessment center.
- Expertise in the operation assessment center.
- Assessing the assessment center method.
