PT Wijaya Karya Realty - WIKA Realty is a reputable realty and property company in Indonesia. Its business include landed house, highrise (Apartment, Condotel, Office Mix Use), industrial estate, and also property management. WIKA Realty is a directly-owned subsidiary of large construction group, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA Group). At present, WIKA Group holds 85.26% ownership of the Company’s shares. Other 14.74% remaining shares in WIKA Realty was owned by Cooperative Karya Mitra Satya, and WIKA Foundation, respectively with share ownership of 14.12% and 0.62%. Requirements
- Minimum requirement of Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- GPA min. 2.75 (for PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) within 4.00 scales.
- Not more than 27 years old.
- The candidate with prior experience in the field of Accounting/Finance/Taxation is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Realty.
