Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia - LPEI or referred to as "Indonesia EximBank" is a Jakarta-based financial services agency which is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Indonesia EximBank is the state export bank (Eximbank) of Indonesia under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia EximBank has main objective to support the government policy on motivating the national export program. Indonesia EximBank was specifically established by the Government of Indonesia to perform the National Export Financing (PEN) through the provision of financial services, both conventional as well as sharia-based financial services for exporters, including financing facilities, guarantees, insurance and consulting services. Indonesia EximBank was previously known as PT Bank Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) which was founded in 1999. Later in 2009, PT Bank Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) transformed into Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia EximBank runs its business through 4 regional offices spread across Indonesia. Its regional offices located at Surabaya East Java, Medan South Sumatera, Makassar South East Sulawesi and Surakarta Central Java.

Indonesia EximBank successfully closed the business year of 2014 with an 30.18% increase in total assets to reach Rp 60,499 billion as compared with Rp 46,473 billion in 2013, according to Indonesia EximBank's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com. Requirements
  • Not older than 35 years of age.
  • Minimum holds Bachelor Degree/S1 in any discipline from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment Process and other Human Resource (HR) fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor constitutions and banking operational.
  • Good computer literacy, minimum Micrsoft Offce (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Excellent English communication both speaking and writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Good in team work and socialize with others.
