Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi - KPK is the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission. KPK is an independent goverment agency in Indonesia which was formed to fight corruption in Indonesia. KPK was established in 2002 with legal basis of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia No 30 of 2002 on the Corruption Eradication Commission. KPK is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is located at Gedung KPK - Jl HR Rasuna Said Kav C1 Jakarta. 11. Kepala Bagian Litigasi dan Non Litigasi (Code : S11)

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Fear of God Almighty.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Minimum age of 40 years old for the positions of Director / Head of the Bureau (S01, S02, S03, S04, S05 and S06) and minimum 35 years old for the positions of Head / Chief Secretary / Secretary Chief Coordinator (S07, S08, S09, S10, S11, S12) upon the expiry of the registration date.
• Never involved in drug problems, criminal, and financial.
• Never dishonorably discharged as an employee.
• Unbound family relationship either by blood or by marriage up to the 3rd degree with officials / employees of KPK.
• Unbound family relationship either by blood or by marriage up to the 3rd degree with the suspect / accused / convicted of corruption.
