Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (abbreviated as NPPA). LKPP is an independent government agency/institution which was formed by the Government of Indonesia to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies in Indonesia. LKPP is one of the 28 Non-Ministerial Government Institutions (LPNK) in Indonesia which is subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Originally established in Indonesia as Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development in 2005. PPKPBJ is a second echelon working unit in the Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic Indonesia / National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). LKPP officially established as a separate legal entity from Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS in 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007.
LKPP has its legal domicile in Jakarta and its main office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. Requirements
- Female, maximum age of 26 years old.
- Minimum S1 Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electro Engineering or IT related majors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a technical writer.
- Past experience in documenting software development for minimum 4 times.
- Good understanding about the general description and diagram notation used in software development
- Mastering the office tools application.
- Mastering project management tools and software designer tools is more preferable.
- Good understanding about the concept of database applications, software requirements, software design, software development fundamentals, software development process, software debugging, software documentation, and software testing.
- Good understanding about web-based java programming language or PHP and other web programming languages such supporting html, xml, javascript, css, json, Play Framework, CodeIgniter Framework or Yii Framework
- Good understanding about the concepts and techniques of interconnection between systems using web service
- Good problems solving skill, strong communication, creativity and high initiative.
- Able to work in a team or individual.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.
