PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) - KAI or referred to as "KAI Group" is an Indonesian Government-owned corporation that is involved in transportation industry. KAI Group operates primarily as a railway services operator in Indonesia. KAI Group engaged in providing, organizing and managing railway transportation services in Java and Sumatera areas. KAI Group is based in Bandung and now has 9 Operation Area Offices (DAOP), 3 Regional Division Offices (DIVRE) and 6 Balai Yasa. As of December 2014, KAI Group employs more than 26,657 direct employees. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) now has 6 key subsidiary companies; namely PT Kereta Api Logistik), PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen, PT Kereta Api Pariwisata), PT Kereta Api Indonesia Commuter Jabodetabek, PT Reska Multi Usaha, and PT Railink.

KAI Group's 2014 performance resulted in quality total passengers growth. According to PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, KAI Group registered double digit growth in total passengers. KAI Group managed to record total passengers of 280.35 millions passengers in 2014. This reflected an 26.3% increased compared to 221.73 million passengers in 2013. In terms of profit, total net profit increased 68.3% from Rp 561 billion in 2013 to Rp 949 billion in 2014.

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Age as of 1 March 2016:
• As low as 18 (eighteen) years, a maximum of 35 (thirty-five) for S1 level.
• As low as 18 (eighteen) years, a maximum of 30 (thirty) years for D3 level.
• Have a D3 / S1 diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL) are allowed to apply under the condition the original diplomas and transcripts must exist when signing the contract.
• Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 2.95 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Male or Female.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Especially for Calon Kondektur position the height of candidates at least 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female.
• No working ties with other institutions/agencies.
• Willing to be stationed in all working area of KAI Group.
• Well behaved as evidenced with SKCK.
• Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind.
• Never involved in drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Not pierced for Male.
• Not tattooed.
• Does not have marital relations with the employees of KAI Group.

1. A certified copy of academic diploma (D3/S1);
2. A certified copy of academic transcript;
3. A certified copy of accredited letter on the date of graduation from BAN PT or the University;
4. Copy of valid ID Card;
5. Recent color photograph 4x6 (4 sheets);
