According to PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PNM Group booked total operating profit of Rp 110.76 billion in 2014. These total operating profit figures showed an increase of 31% as compared with Rp 84.78 billion in 2013. Total financing continue to grow by 17% to Rp 3.74 trillion in from Rp 3.19 trillion in 2013.

- Male/Female with the maximum age of 28 years old at the time of submitting the application.
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent from all the major.
- Past experience in group financing (grameen).
- Strong leadershio, analytical and problems solving skills.
- Willing to work under pressure and target.
- Placement at Solo, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar and Klaten.

- Minimum SMK/D3/S1 majoring in Accounting.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office.
- Able to ride a motor cycle.
