PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk - PTSB or referred to as "Semen Baturaja" is a reputable Indonesia state-owned cement makers. The Company was formed in 1974 by PT Semen Gresik and PT Semen Padang, respectively with share ownership of 45% and 55%. Later in 1991, the Government of Indonesia took over 100% of the Company's shares. In 2013, Semen Baturaja registered its shares in Indonesia Stock Exhcange (IDX), which marked the change of its status to a Public Company. Headquartered in Palembang, Semen Baturaja runs its business through its 3 cement plants with total production capacity of 2 million tons of cements per year. The Company's plants are located at Palembang, Baturaja Ogan Komiring Ulu and Panjang Lampung.

Despite of the economy slow down, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk recorded a satisfiying financial result in 2015. According to Semen Baturaja Financial Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Semen Baturaja managed to record revenue of Rp 1,461.24 billion an increase of 20.27% from the previous year of Rp 1,214.91 billion. Total comprehensive income for the year grew 6.05% to Rp 348.34 billion from Rp 328.46 billion in 2013.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• Male/Female.
• Not exceed 30 years of age for S1, 28 years for D3 and 23 years of SMA by 28 February 2016.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale (for D3/S1 PTN) or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for D3/S1 PTS).
• Minimum average national exam score (NEM) or 6.50 (for SMA).
• Physical and spiritual health as evidenced by a medical certificate.
• Drug-free certificate.
• Good character as evidenced by SKCK.
• Statement letter/affidavit not bound employment relationship or bond with the other company / agencies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field (S1 TMB).
