- Background S1/S2, majoring in the following discipline
- Civil Engineering (Structural, Geotechnical, Project Management and Transport)
- Electro Engineering (Power Lines).
- Mechanical Engineering
- Accounting.
- Financial Management.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from 4.00 scale
- Preferably Male.
- Maximum age of 27 years old (Fresh Graduate / experienced).
- Willing to be placed throughout the Business Unit of WIKA Beton.
- Fluent in English both oral and written and have a minimum TOEFL score of 500 from trusted institution.
- Good medical history.
- Not color blind (partial / total).
- Mastering computer software applications in the field.
- Single/not married and willing not to get married during the first period of work.
