Perusahaan Umum Pembangunan Perumahan Nasional - Perum Perumnas or referred to as "PERUMNAS" is Indonesia’s national housing corporation wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government. PERUMNAS operates primarily as a providers of housing and settlement in Indonesia. PERUMNAS provides Tailored Business Stream I (TBS I) : affordable housing and TBS II : Non affordable housing. PERUMNAS has its legal domicile in Jakarta and was established as a limited liability company under the Government Regulation No 29 of 1974, as amended by the Government Regulation No 12 of 1988, and refined by the Government Regulation No 15 of 2004, dated 10 May 2004. PERUMNAS runs its business through 8 regional offices and 51 branch offices across Indonesia. As at the end of December 2014, PERUMNAS have a workforce of over 1,092 people.
In term of financial position, PERUMNAS is running well in the full year of 2014. According to PERUMNAS's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PERUMNAS registered a 11.20% growth in total sales of Rp 1,338..50 billion as compared with Rp1,203.67 billion in 2014. The Company’s profit for the year 2014 was Rp 133.85 billion, 42.59% higher than profit in 2013 of Rp 93.87 billion.

- Not exceed 25 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 28 for post graduate degree (S2) by 31 December 2016.
