PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk - BDI or more popularly called "Bank Danamon" is an established and experienced private banking company in Indonesia. Bank Danamon was formed in 1956 and initially registered as Bank Kopra Indonesia (Bank Kopra). Later in 1976, Bank Kopra was renamed into Bank Danamon which derived from ‘dana moneter’ or monetary fund. Bank Danamon registered its shares in stock market on 6 December 1989 and its shares are traded under reference code BDMN. As of 30 September 2015, Bank Danamon is 67.37% owned by Temasek Group through Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd. Other remaining shares in Bank Danamon was owned by  JPMCB-Franklin Templeton Investment Funds with 6.81%, and the rest is owned by the public with 25.82% shares. Bank Danamon is based in Jakarta and now has 2,156 office networks spread across Indonesia. Its office networks include conventional branch offices, micro banking units (Danamon Simpan Pinjam/DSP), syariah units as well as branch offices of its subsidiaries.

In term of financial performance, Bank Danamon's total comprehensive income (consolidated) in the end of September 2015 was down 6% at Rp 1,995.45 billion as compared with Rp 2,122.88 billion in the same period last year largely due to economic slowdown. Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) from local/overseas respectable universities.
• Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 3.00 from 4.00 scale
• Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year experience.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, strong sense of analytical thinking and commitment to a professional banking career.
• Persistence and resilience.
• Excellent proficiency in English language.
