In term of financial performance, Mandiri Syariah reached significant performance in 2015. Referring to its Quarterly Financials Report, Mandiri Syariah booked total comprehensive income for the year 2015 of Rp 681.77 billion, compared to loss Rp 48.77 billion in the previous year.
In line with its continued expansion program, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri is looking for young smart people to fill the following position :
Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in any field, except from Teaching, Art, Literature / Culture, Education, Public Health, and Nursing.
- Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 3.01 for Undergraduate degree (S1) or 3.20 for post graduate degree (S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
- Have series of organization activities, both academic and non academic activity student organization.
- Fluent in command English both written and spoken
- Single/not married and willing not to get married during the ODP period.
- Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, have a high motivation, and love a challenge.
- Willing to be stationed in all BSM's networks throughout Indonesia.
- Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Never participated in the employee selection process at BSM in the last 6 months.
