Requirements

• Minimum age 30 years and maximum 50 years old.
• Have the educational background or expertise in the field of Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on experience in the field of corporate/company supervision / inspection.
• Possess excellent communication skill.
• Able to perform the duties of the audit committee accurately and timely.
• If accepted and appointed as a member of the audit committee, may not concurrently as:
• Member of the Board of Commissioners on BUMN or other companies;
• Secretary / staff of the Secretariat of the Board of Commissioners on BUMN or other companies;
• Other committee members on the Company; and / or
• Committee members on state / other companies.
• Preference is given to applicants with working experience as audit committee at state-owned financial services company.
