Human Capital Analyst for Human Capital Information System
Requirements :
- Male / Female with with ages up to 28 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (Computer Engineering, System Information) from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale).
- Required experience for minimum 4 years in web development, mobile application development (android), and application / IT security.
- Holds minimum 5 Portfolios Projects (Web, Security and Android Mobile Development).
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
- Good team work and able to work individually.
- Able to work with tight deadline under low supervision.
- Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area.
Requirements :
- Male / Female with with ages up to 27 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university (state or overseas university) with min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale), preferably with background in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistic and Finance.
- The candidate with prior experience minimum of 1-2 years in the field of Compensation and Benefits is preferred.
- Fresh graduate will be considered.
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skill,especially in Microsoft Excel functions.
- Good team work and able to work individually.
- Able to work with tight deadline under low supervision.
- Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area.
