PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk - HIL or referred to as "Holcim Indonesia" is a major cement manufacturers in Indonesia with installed total production capacity of 11 million tons cement per year. Holcim Indonesia now has 3 cement factories at Narogong West Java, Cilacap Central Java, and Tuban East Java. The Company also supported by 1 grinding facility in Ciwandan Banten and 1 subsidiary company, namely PT Holcim Beton. Originally registered as PT Semen Cibinong in 1967. The name Holcim Indonesia was established in 2006. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk is a member of Swiss-based Holcim Ltd (Holcim Group), one of the largest cement producers with total production capacity of more than 211 million tons of cement. At present, Holcim Group holds 80.65% shares in Holcim Indonesia, while the rest was owned by public.
In term of financial performance, Holcim Indonesia recorded increased operational performance in 2014. According to PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company booked total revenues of Rp 10,528 billion in 2014. This represents an increase of 8.9% as compared with Rp 9,686 billion in 2013. At the same time, total assets reached Rp 17,195 billion or increased by 15.44% from Rp 14,894 billion in the previous year.

Regional Route to Market Manager
Requirements
- University Degree (S1) level, preferably Master Degree (S2).
- Required experience for minimum 5 years in the field of sales; understanding the distributor operations, logistics, change management, transition management, sales management
- Good computer literacy, minimum Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent English communication both speaking and writing.
- High involvement in data analysis and creating strategy based on the data analysis.
- A team player with high integrity, trusted, reliable and acceptance across the organization and ability to influence others in tactful manner.
- Strong business sense and always looking for improvement and opportunities.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Expertise with territory management, distributor management, and channel management.
