PT Kawasan Industri Makassar (Persero) - PT KIMA or referred to as "PT KIMA Makassar" is an Indonesian state-owned industrial zone management services company, based in Makassar South East Sulawesi. PT KIMA Makassar has its business activities focused in 2 sectors: main business and supporting business. Its main business include selling industrial land plots and leasing of factory buildings ready (BPSP) and warehouse. The Company's supporting business comprise of rental of heavy equipment construction and logistics, as well as the automotive center. As of December 2014, PT KIMA Makassar is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia, 30% by the Provincial Government of South East Sulawesi and 10% by the Regional Government of Makassar City.
In term of financial performance, the Company’s total revenue in 2014 amounted to Rp 22 billion decreased by 33.13% compared to the year 2013 amounted to Rp 32.9 billion. PT KIMA Makassar recorded net profits of Rp 5.7 billion in 2014, down 62.25% from Rp 15.1 billion in 2013. - Male, with the maximum age of 30 years old per 1 June 2016.
- Past experience in the related field.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
