PT Len Industri (Persero) - LEN or referred to as "LEN Industri" is an Indonesian state-owned company that is involved in in the field of technology, electronics for industry and infrastructure. LEN Industri runs its business through 6 business portfolios, comprise of defense electronics, renewable energy, control systems, navigation systems, telecommunicaton and rail transport. LEN Industri was first established in 1965 and originally registered as a government-owned research agency under the name of National Electronics Institute - Indonesian Institute of Science (LEN - LIPI). PT LEN Industri (Persero) was established as a limited liability company in 1991 under the Government Regulation No 16 of 1991, the State Gazette No 22, dated 9 March 1991. LEN Industri is based in Bandung West Java and its head office is registered at Jl Soekarno Hatta 442 Bandung 40254. At present, LEN Industri has 3 subsidiary companies, namely PT LEN Railway Systems, PT Eltran Indonesia and PT Surya Energi Indotama.

According to PT Len Industri (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, LEN Industri registered a 2.07% growth in total net operating income of Rp 2,100.77 billion as compared with Rp 2,058.07 billion in 2014. Refering to its annual report, the Company’s comprehensive income in 2014 was down 34.62% at Rp 48.93 billion as compared with Rp 74.85 billion in 2013.

To assist in the growth and expansion of the company, PT Len Industri (Persero) is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team as follows

Auditor (Code : AUD)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Have minimum 1 year of experience as auditor.
• Have a good understanding and able to carry out the audit process.
• ACompetent in the use of office computer applications.
• Able to make an analysis of financial statements.

Manajemen Resiko Keuangan (Code : MR-1)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Financial Management.
• Possess certification in risk management (ex : CRMO) is preferred.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in the field of risk management or related field is preferred.
• Able to make a risk analysis of the financial aspects.

Manajemen Resiko Operasional (Code : MR-2)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
• Possess certification in risk management (ex : CRMO) is preferred.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in the field of risk management or related field is preferred.
• Able to make a risk analysis of the operational aspects (field marketing, R & D, the business model of investment, business cooperation, planning, human resources, etc.).

Programmer & Designer: Java Software Developer (Code : PRG-1)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information System, Computer Science with concentration in Software engineering and specialization in Java Software Developer.
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Good team work.
• Have high curiosity of the latest software development technologies.
• Able to learn quickly and continue to update their knowledge and skills independently.
• Good problems solving skill, perseverance, unyielding, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
• Strong understanding of Unified Modelling Language (UML)
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Strong understanding of database (MySWL, Microsoft SQL).
• Expertise with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Expertise with Microsoft .Net Framework technology, including: ASP.NET, Entity Framework.
• Expertise with Visual Studio (minimum 2010 version).
• Expertise with C# programming language.
• Hands-on experience in developing web-based application using Microsoft .Net Framework technology.
• The candidate with prior experience in developing android-based mobile application will be an extra advantage.

Programmer & Designer: Dot. Net Software Developer (Code : PRG-2)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information System, Computer Science with concentration in Software engineering and specialization in Dot. Net Software Developer.
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Good team work.
• Have high curiosity of the latest software development technologies.
• Able to learn quickly and continue to update their knowledge and skills independently.
• Good problems solving skill, perseverance, unyielding, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
• Strong understanding of Unified Modelling Language (UML)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management.
• The candidate with prior experience in the field of ISO or related is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process concept and its implementation.

Sales Engineer (Code : SE)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering.
• The candidate with prior experience in the field of Sales or related is preferred.
• Strong presentation skill and able to convince consumers.
• Strong understanding about the concept of system engineering.

Product Service (Code : PS)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering.
• Expertise with electronics (analog and digital).
• Able to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot the electronic equipment / circuit.
• Good understanding about the working principle and programming the microcontroller and PLC.
• Expertise with electronic application/software (Eg protel, altium, etc.).
• Expertise with electronic simulator software (Eg proteus, multisim, etc.).
• Expertise with electronic measuring instrument (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
• Strong interest on the electronic equipment / circuit.
• Expertise with computer application (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc).
• Good team work, creative, disciplined, diligent, persistent, conscientious, and dedicated.
• The candidate with prior experience in the related field is preferred.

Legal (Code : LEG)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Law, Business Law.
• Hands-on experience in the field of legal litigation.
• Expertise with Legal English.
• Have a strong analysis of the risks in the legal field.

Account Manager 1 (Code : AM-1)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering (Weak Current), Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering.
• The candidate with prior experience in the field of Account Manager or related is preferred.
• Have a strong militancy in the works.
• willing to work mobile.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and programming logarithm.

Account Manager 2 (Code : AM-2)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Physics Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• The candidate with prior experience in the field of Account Manager or related is preferred.
• Have a strong militancy in the works.

Aerospace Engineering (Code : ENG)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Aerospace Engineering.
• Familiar with avionic system on aerospace industry.
• Technical expertise with drone development.
• The candidate with technical experience in the field of electronic drone/aircraft development or related is preferred.

Administrasi & Keuangan (Code : ADM)

Requirements

• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in Management.
• Familiar with office computer application.
• Able and tidy in conducting administrative work related documents in the working unit.

Rekasaya Produk (Code : RP)

Requirements

• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Expertise with engineering drawings and its software (eg AutoCAD, solidwork, etc.).
• Expertise with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Familiar with machine tools (Welding machine, lathe machine, milling, etc.).
• Familiar with the types of industrial materials (al6061, mild steel, etc.).
• Familiar with the types of manufacturing output finishing (painting, electroplating, etc.).
• Expertise with computer application (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc).

Teknisi Assembling Elektronika (Code : AE)

Requirements

• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in Electro Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management.
• Expertise with the technique of soldering and electronic systems.
• The candidate with prior experience in the field of electronics assembling or related is preferred.
