Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Engineering, preferably graduated from the faculty of Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Plantation, Geology, Real Eastate-Planologi) or Law.
- Have a GPA score min 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of appraisal at Public Appraisal Firm listed as a public appraiser in MAPPI or banking institutions.
- Passed basic appraisal education (PDP 1 and PDP 2) MAPPI.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Past experience in the field of credit, credit analyst, financing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work at the field.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent in English.
- Expertise with environmental analysis and objects appraisal.
