A. CORE TEAM

Structure Engineering

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the related field.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Hands-on experience in the project APBN / APBD.
• Familiar with presentation and reports preparation is favorable.
• Expertise with programs / applications in the calculation and analysis of the structure.

Senior Architecture

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the related field.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Hands-on experience in the project APBN / APBD.
• Familiar with presentation and reports preparation is favorable.
• Expertise with 3D applications.

Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the related field.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Hands-on experience in the project APBN / APBD.
• Familiar with presentation and reports preparation is favorable.
• Expertise with AutoCAD.
• Mastering building projects calculation (quantity and price).

Senior M & E Engineer (Electrical dan Mechanical)

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the related field.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Hands-on experience in the project APBN / APBD.
• Familiar with presentation and reports preparation is favorable.

B. PROJECT TEAM

Deputy CM

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years in Construction Management Project.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Construction Management Expert in the field of Building Projects.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Male.

Architech

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years as Architech Designer.
• Hands-on experience in handling Construction Management Project (minimum 2 projects).
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Male/Female.
• Fluent in English.

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years as Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimation Expert.
• Hands-on experience in calculating full building project (quantity), minimum 2 projects.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Good understanding of contruction contract is favorable.
• Male/Female.

Structure Engineer

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years as Structure Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and construction management.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Expertise with calculations and structural analysis applications.
• Male/Female.

Electrical Engineer

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years as Electrical Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and construction management.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Male/Female.

Mechanical Engineering

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years as Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and construction management.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Male/Female.

Interior Design

Requirements

• Age around 25-45 years old.
• Required experience for minimum 4 years as Interior Design.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and construction management.
• Possess expertise certification (Muda/Madya) is favorable.
• Male/Female.

General Requirements

• Male/Female.
• Graduated from S1 or S2 from a reputable and accredited universities, majoring in the following discipline
• Civil Engineering.
• Architecture.
• Electro Engineering.
• Mechancial Engineering.
