VAC5932 - Division Head of Digital Acquisition
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in online marketing
- Previous experience in senior digital marketing role for a leading telecom or eCommerce player.
- Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel digital marketing programs end-to-end.
- Previous experience in managing multiple partners/vendors/agencies.
- Previous experience in key telecom acquisition channels including paid social media marketing, SEO, SEM, GDN, media planning/buying, affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, targeted email marketing.
- Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions.
- Comfort using marketing technology tools including marketing automation, CRM, and content management systems.
- Advanced understanding of Google AdWords, analytics dashboards, campaign management and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating, creating and presenting campaign reports with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
- Expertise with Excel and other data analysis tool.
- Possess certification in Advanced Google AdWords will be an advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Database Management, Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, and Telecommunication.
- Advanced level in following areas
- SQL and other programming languages.
- Measuring campaign performance using control group.
- Turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Managing large and complex queries with large customer base
- Strong presentation, abalytical and communication skills.
- Able to deliver reports in timely manner.
- Positive and flexible working attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Able to challenge, persuade and be a change agent.
- At least 3 years of experience in following areas
- Creating reports and writing SQL.
- Using BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Cognos, etc to generate dynamic reports.
- Data mining and using advanced analytics tools such as SAS, SPSS, Clemetine, R, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in creating datamarts.
- Past experience in telco, banking, insurance, multifinance, market research agency, big data analytics/ big data platform/database-related consulting firm.
- Strong understanding about Marketing and Analytics framework.
- Expertise with data mining and using advanced analytics tools such as SAS, SPSS, Clemetine, R, etc.

- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Operation Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related degree
- Advanced level in turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Intermediate level in following areas

- Business, marketing, and customer profiling.
- Understanding CVM concept.
