PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) - KAI or referred to as "KAI Group" is the national railways corporation of Indonesia wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government. In term of financial performance, KAI Group produced satisfactory results in 2014. According to PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, KAI Group reported total passengers of 80.35 millions passengers in the full year of 2014. This reflected an 26.3% increased compared to 221.73 million passengers in 2013. In terms of profit, total net profit increased 68.3% from Rp 561 billion in 2013 to Rp 949 billion in 2014.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Healthy physical / spiritual and not color blind.
• Good character.
• Education : SMA / MA / SMK or equivalent with minimum average NEM / UAN score of 6.5 (six point five), majoring in the following discipline
• Operasional : SMA IPA.
• Pemeliharaan Jalan Rel dan Jembatan, Trouble Shooter : SMA IPA, SMK Mechanical, SMK Electro, SMK Building.
• Pemeliharaan Sinyal, Telekomunikasi dan Listrik : SMA IPA, SMK Electro, SMK Electronics, SMK Mechatronics, SMK Telecommunication,SMK Instrumentation, SMK Industrial, SMK Process Control, SMK Mechanical Control, SMK Electricity.
• Pemeliharaan Kereta, Gerbong, Lokomotif, Kereta Rel Diesel dan Genset : SMA IPA, SMK Mechanical, SMK Automotive, SMK Electro, SMK Electronics, SMK Electricity.
• Administrasi : SMA IPA/IPS, SMK Office Administration, SMK Accounting.
• Age of applicants per 1 June 2016 : minimum 18 (eighteen) years and maximum of 30 (thirty) years old.
• Male/Female.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Never involved in drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Not pierced for Male.
• No tattoos.
• Willing to be placed in the working area of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
• Does not have marital relations with workers of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
• Graduated in the selection process organized by the recruitment committee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) 2016.
