PT PP (Persero) - Taisei Indonesia Construction - PT PP Taisei Indonesia Construction or referred to as "PP Taisei" is a reputable civil construction company in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. The Company has strong business focus on factory building. PP Taisei was formed in 1974 as a joint venture company between Indonesian state-owned construction PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) with Taisei Corporation Japan, respectively with share ownership of 15% and 85%. PP Taisei was formed by PTPP to expand sales to foreign investors, especially those from Japan. At first establishment, PTPP holds 52% shares in PP Taisei. Later in 1998, PTPP divested a large part of shares to Taisei due to unfavourable economic conditions in Indonesia since 1997 which affected to the Company's performance.
Despite of the economy slow down, PT PP Taisei Indonesia Construction recorded a satisfiying financial result in 1H 2015. According to PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PP Taisei’s recorded a revenue of Rp 1,158.82 billion in 2015 or 112.65% increase from Rp 544.94 billion in 2014. Total profit after tax grew considerably to Rp 109.79 billion, from Rp 5.47 billion in the previous year

- Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in similar position.
- Responsible, discipline, and strong dedication to the company.
- Detail oriented and result-oriented.
- good personality.
- Strong communication skill.
- Able to work independently, creative and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Computer literate.

- Minimum holds Dipmoma Degree (D3) in Business Administration, Tax or Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- The candidate with prior experience minimum of 1-2 years in similar position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge regarding tax regulation and procedure.
- Possess certification in Brevet A&B is preferred.
- Responsible, discipline, and strong dedication to the company.
- Detail oriented and result-oriented.
- good personality.
- Strong communication skill.
- Able to work independently, creative and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
