As of December 2014, 99.998% its shares are held by PT Reasuransi Umum Indonesia (Persero) and 0.002% remaining shares by Koperasi Pegawai dan Pensiunan PT Reasuransi Internasional Indonesia. ReINDO was established on 12 November 1996 and started its commercial operations in 1 January 1997. The Company has its legal domicile in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Salemba Raya No 30 Jakarta Pusat.

Requirements
- Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Accounting from acredited University with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales.
- Fast learner and highly aaptable in any circumstances or changes.
- Excellent proficiency in English (conversation, reading and writing).
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise with financial journaling and well-rounded organization skill.
- Strive for an excellence as working alone and have a great desire for a teamwork.
