Requirements

• Minimum D3 from all disciplines.
• The candidate with prior experience minimum of 2 years in the field of community development / cooperatives / SMEs is preferred.
• Have the knowledge and ability in organizing the implementation of the program, strong managerial skill, able to provide Cooperative / SMEs training and coaching, expertise with adult education methodology.
• Strong communication skill, both oral and written.
• Able to cooperate with the local governments Regency / City;
• Computer literate, minimal Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and the internet.
• Able to work full-time and willing to be placed in East Java.
• Minimum age of 25 years and maximum 41 years when registering.
• Do not take charge of any political party and / or engaging in political activities that could interfere with the performance.
• Have personal vehicle and driver's license/SIM is prefered.
• Preferred local resident with local ID card
• Not under contract / agency by agency / government and private agencies.

3. Copy of relevant certificates or documents to support the application;
4. Recent color photograph 4x6 (2 sheets);
5. Legalized copy of SKCK (if already been accepted);

7. Affidavit : not members of the legislative, executive / civil servants, and the judiciary (stamped Rp 6,000);
8. Copy of  driver's license/SIM (if any).
