In term of financial performance, BRISyariah’s business results in the period of 2015 showed improved performance. Referring to its annual report, BRISyariah’s total comprehensive profit experienced growth to Rp 169.06 billion in 2015 from Rp 10.37 billion in 2014.

Requirements
- Male/Female.
- Undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in all majors: except Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine.
- Already completed the study, by attaching a Academic Diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL).
- Have an outstanding academic record with GPA min. 3.00 (for undergraduate degree/S1) and 3.20 (for post graduate degree /S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Not exceed 25 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 28 for post graduate degree (S2).
- Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 158 cm (Female).
- Have a TOEFL-ITP (Institutional Testing Program) score of at least 400.
- Willing to undergo a bond for 5 (five) years since commencing Trainee.
- Initial placement as Account Officer
- Willing to be placed throughout the office BRI Syariah.
