Requirements
- Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (S1/S2) of any major, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
- Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA 3.01 (S1) and 3.20 (S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Involved actively in both academic and non academic activity student organization.
- Excellent language skills either spoken and written of English.
- Single with the maximum age of 26 years old.
- Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, have a high motivation, and love a challenge.
- Wwilling not to get married during the education period.
- Willing to be assigned in alll office networks of BSM in all over Indonesia.
- Computer litarate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
