As a State-Owned Company, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is controlled by the Government of Indonesia. At present,  the Government of Indonesia holds 60.03% ownership of Bank BTN’s shares. Other 39.97% remaining shares was owned by general public and investos. Bank BTN is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Menara Bank BTN, Jl Gajah Mada No 1 Jakarta 10130. As of December 2015, Bank BTN has 3,761 conventional outlets and 50 sharia office outlets across the Country.

In term of financial performance, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk has shown solid performance in 2015 with a significant growth. According to Bank BTN Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN registered a growth of 18.83% in total assets in 2015 amounted to Rp 171,808 billion as compared with Rp 144,582 billion in 2014. Total net income in 2015 amounted to Rp 1,851 billion. This reflected an 61.57% to increase from Rp 1,146 billion in 2014.

Priority Banking Officer (PBO)

Requirements

• Male/Female, age around 26-35 years old.
• Have an attractive appearance and personality.
• Minimum S1 from all the majors.
• Have a wide customer base networking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Retail Funding Marketing.
• Possess certification in AAJI/WAPERD/WM 02 is preferred.
• Healthy physical and spiritual, never involved in drugs and other illegal.
• Not have any family relationship with the employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).
• Placement : Makassar and Samarinda.

Priority Banking Manager (PBM)

Requirements

• Male/Female, minimum age of 32 years old.
• Have an attractive appearance and personality.
• Minimum S1 from all the majors.
• Have a wide customer base networking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Retail Funding Marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking industry.
• Previous experience in the field of Priority Banking is preferred.
• Possess certification in AAJI/WAPERD/WM 02 is preferred.
• Healthy physical and spiritual, never involved in drugs and other illegal.
• Not have any family relationship with the employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).
• Placement : Bandar Lampung, Bandung, Bumi Serpong Damai, Jakarta, Jember, Manado, Palembang, and Pekalongan.
