1. Development Officer (Code: DEV-HC)
2. Recruitment Officer (Code: REC-HC)
3. Adminstration Officer (Code : ADM-HC)

General Requirements

• Education background
• Background in Master Degree (S2) in Psychology (psychologist) for DEV-HC.
• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Statistics and Informatic Management, Human Resource (HR) Management, Psychology for REC-HC.
• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, IT, Management for ADM-HC.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale (for PTN) or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for PTS).
• Placement at Head Office.
• Strong interest in Human Resource (HR) Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Maximum age of 27 years old (DEV-HC) and 25 years old (REC-HC) at the time of filing an application letter.
• Willing to be placed in all working area of SUCOFINDO.
• Never dishonorably discharged as an employee of a government or private agency/institutions.
• Not having a family relationship with the employees of SUCOFINDO as husband and wife; brothers/sisters; parent - child birth / step / adopted.
