Total loans increased from Rp 552.8 trillion in 1H 2015 to Rp 610.9 trillion in 1H 2016.

- Micro Kredit Sales (MKS)
- Mitra Mandiri (MM)
- Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum education of Diploma Degree (D3) for MKS and Senior High School (SMA) for MM.
- Previous experience in the related field.
- Distance from the house and the location ± 10 Km from Pondok Indah area (Pondok Aren, Ciputat, Ciledug, Pesanggrahan and surroundings).
- Have personal motorcycle and driving license class C (SIM C).
- Able to work in a team and individually.
