PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos - Bank Mantap or most commonly known as Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos (previously known as Bank Sinar Harapan / Bank Sinar) is a rapid growing bank in Indonesia, based in Denpasar, Bali. Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos has a primary focus on business development of Micro and Small Enterprises segment (SME/UMKM). Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos is majority owned by 3 state-owned companies; 58,25% by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, 20.20% by PT TASPEN (Persero), and 20.20% by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Other 1.35% remaining shares in Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos was owned by Ida Bagus Made Putra Jandhana (0.70%) and I Made Madia (0.65%). As of December 2015, Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos has 15 branch offices, 79 sub branch offices, 6 cash offices, 1 functional office and directly emloys 1,210 dedicated staff.

In 2015, the performance of Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos is showing  good results. Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) in any field.
  • A minimum final GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
  • Not older than 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S2) of age in the year of admittance.
  • Both experienced (maximum 2 years) and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.

  • Willing to undergo bond and to be placed in all over Indonesia.
  • Single and willing to not get married during education training period.
